Track inspections play an important part in the acquisition process, to ensure that the proposed rail line purchase is in a safe, operating condition. Our experienced track maintenance staff will determine the integrity of the track, rail bed and bridges, derive a maintenance plan for the short line and determine if any condition is present which would require any immediate major maintenance or an immediate capital outlay on behalf of the potential short line purchaser.
