The completion of 22 projects in five (5) countries is a primary reason why RWM is a leader in the field of railway restructuring and privatization and the establishment of western Canadian short line operations for both private and public interests. H. Koberinski has assisted the governments of Nigeria, Thailand, Pakistan, Jordan, and Bangladesh, Canadian National Railway, Canadian Pacific Railway and others in the design and implementation of operational and administrative aspects of their rail restructuring and commercialization and concessioning programs. In addition, he has been the principal consultant and team leader in the matter of the successful establishment of short line rail operations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Clients have included national governments, private and state-owned railways, Canadian Class 1 railways, private entrepreneurs, rural municipalities and other local governments. |
