Gravelbourg Project - CP Gravelbourg Subdivision
This trackage is situated between Mossbank Jct. and Hodgeville, SK
RWM analysed and evaluated rail assets then developed an approach and a business plan in the matter of the potential purchase of the Gravelbourg Subdivision from Canadian Pacific Railway, including:
- rail inspection
- establishment of fair market value of assets (rail, ties, track materials, bridges, land)
- business plan sufficient to comply with the due diligence processes of the federal, provincial and local governments, national and provincial financial institutions, and individual investors
- historic traffic flows
- marketing forecasts for agricultural production and shipping as well as industrial shipping
