RailWest Management Ltd. is a western Canadian company with offices in Winnipeg. The principals of RWM have spent several years establishing short line railways and other agri business in the prairie provinces. RWM also brings extensive international experience from the consessioning of short line railways in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
